The product is the pack, not the roll
On a retail shelf the consumer buys a pack: a sheet count, a header card, a barcode, a care instruction and a promise that the glitter will not end up on the floor. SHINHAN converts master rolls into 12 × 12″, 12 × 10″, 12 × 24″ and A4 sheets and assembles packs in-house, so the pack is made where the film is made.

Compliance for the shelf
Products intended for children need third-party test reports for lead and phthalates and a component certificate so the importer can issue the Children’s Product Certificate. California retail needs a Proposition 65 statement; the EU needs a REACH SVHC declaration. We file these per program and keep OEKO-TEX® certificate copies on hand for certified lines.
Shelf life and storage
Film is rated for 12 months when stored at 15–25 °C and below 60 % RH, away from direct sunlight; sleeves and header cards protect sheets in transit and on the shelf. Date codes can be printed on the pack on request.
