The 30-day plan
Day 1: request the sample kit—swatch book, sheets of every film, pressed and pre-washed samples, technical data sheets.
Day 5: press and wash on your own fabric and equipment; run the rub test.
Day 7: request the document file for your market—OEKO-TEX® copy, test reports, REACH SVHC declaration, Proposition 65 statement, certificate of origin.
Day 10: order a pilot roll in your colours at cost, credited against the first order.
Day 20: review the quotation—tiers, MOQ per colour and format, lead time, Incoterms, packing data.
Day 30: place a first order and file the batch QC report and retained-sample confirmation.
