    Standard colours can be ordered in small roll quantities; custom colours depend on material and process. We confirm the exact MOQ for your specification within one business day, and we can proceed in stages: sample, pilot batch, then full production.

  • 3. What are the lead times?

    Standard products typically ship within 7–10 business days. Custom developments take around 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. For urgent timelines we adjust production scheduling where possible.

  • 4. Can I receive samples before ordering?

    Yes. We offer swatches for reviewing colours and textures, and custom sample chips can be produced on request. For international customers, samples ship via FedEx or DHL with a Sample Review Report (SRR) when required.
