SHINHAN Puff HTV is a 200 µm water-based polyurethane film containing a blowing agent, with a hot-melt adhesive on a 100 µm PET carrier. Heat activates the agent and the film expands into a raised, soft relief. It applies at 140 °C in 10 seconds and peels cold. Rated for 30+ domestic washes at 60 °C in our lab.

Structure and technology
A 200 µm water-based polyurethane film containing a blowing agent, laminated to a hot-melt adhesive on a 100 µm PET carrier.
Heat activates the agent during the press and the film expands into a raised relief; temperature, time and pressure control the amount of rise, which is why puff needs its own settings.
Made in Yangju and checked batch by batch for rise, colour and adhesion.
Quality and compliance
Every batch is checked for colour difference, adhesion, thickness and surface before slitting and sheeting. Retained samples and production records are kept so reorders match. QC report on request with each shipment.

How much does the film rise?
Enough to give a clearly raised, soft relief on bold shapes; the amount depends on temperature, time and pressure, so follow the settings above and test.
Why is the wash rating lower than glitter?
The expanded structure is softer than a flat film. Rated 30+ washes at 60 °C in our lab; recommend a cold wash inside out and no tumble drying to extend the life of the relief.
Can I layer puff?
Top layer only; never under another film.
What is the minimum order?
