SHINHAN Flock HTV is a polyester fibre surface on a polyurethane base with a hot-melt adhesive and a 100 µm PET carrier. It gives a soft, velvet hand feel with a matte look, applies at 150 °C in 15 seconds and peels cold. Rated for 80+ domestic washes at 60 °C in our lab.

Cut mirrored with a 60° blade and higher force than PU

Structure and technology
A polyester fibre layer electrostatically set into a polyurethane base, laminated to a hot-melt adhesive on a 100 µm PET carrier.
Fibre density and length define the hand feel; the base film carries the colour and the adhesive bonds to cotton and polyester at 150 °C.
Made and batch-checked in Yangju alongside our glitter and PU films.

Frequently asked questions
Does flock work on stretch fabrics?
Flock has low stretch, so we do not recommend it on highly elastic fabrics; use PU or TPU there.
Can I layer over flock?
No. Flock is a top layer only; a tacked PU base can sit underneath.
How does it wash?
Rated 80+ washes at 60 °C in our lab; wash inside out and tumble dry low.
What is the minimum order?
Confirmed per colour and format in your quotation; pilot rolls available.
Can you private-label flock sheets?
Yes: 12 × 12″ and A4 sheets with your packaging and labels.
