SHINHAN PU HTV is an 80 µm polyurethane film with a hot-melt adhesive on a 100 µm PET carrier. It cuts and weeds easily, stretches with the garment and applies at 150 °C in 10 seconds with a cold peel. Rated for 80+ domestic washes at 60 °C in our lab.
Made for: names and numbers on teamwear, logos on cotton and polyester tees, kidswear prints, promotional garments and the PU base layer under glitter.

Structure and technology
Two functional layers on a 100 µm PET carrier: an 80 µm polyurethane colour film and a hot-melt polyester adhesive.
The thin film and elastic polymer give PU its stretch and soft hand; the adhesive is formulated for cotton, polyester and blends at 150 °C so the same roll serves most of a decorator’s work.
Made in Yangju on the same coating and lamination line as our glitter film, with the same batch checks.
Quality and compliance
Every batch is checked for colour difference, adhesion, thickness and surface before slitting and sheeting. Retained samples and production records are kept so reorders match. QC report on request with each shipment.

Frequently asked questions
Is PU HTV suitable for polyester sportswear?
Yes. Press at 140–145 °C to limit dye migration on sublimated polyester and test first; for industrially laundered uniforms consider TPU.
How thin lines can I cut?
Small text and thin lines hold well because the film is only 80 µm; test the minimum line width on your plotter and fabric.
Can I layer PU under glitter?
Yes. Tack the PU base layer for 3–5 seconds, peel, then press the glitter for the full cycle.
Do you offer private-label PU?
Yes, in rolls and sheets with your packaging and labels; colours matched to your chart.
What is the minimum order?
