SHINHAN TPU HTV is a thermoplastic polyurethane film with a hot-melt adhesive on a 100 µm PET carrier. Its smooth, dense surface resists abrasion and repeated hot washing; it applies at 160 °C in 15 seconds and peels cold. Rated for 100+ domestic washes at 60 °C in our lab.

Structure and technology

TPU’s dense polymer structure resists abrasion and hot washing; the thicker film also hides fabric texture on jerseys.
Made in Yangju and checked for thickness, colour and adhesion on every batch.

Frequently asked questions
Is TPU better than PU for jerseys?
For high-wash and industrially laundered garments, yes: TPU is rated 100+ washes at 60 °C versus 80+ for PU. PU stays the choice where maximum stretch and softness matter.
Can I use it on nylon?
Uncoated nylon at 150 °C with a test press first; coated or water-repellent nylon is not recommended.
Can I layer TPU?
Top layer only; a tacked PU base can sit underneath for two-colour numbers.
What is the minimum order?
Confirmed per colour and format in your quotation; pilot rolls available.
How do I get samples?
