What children’s apparel brands and their decorators need from a film supplier to certify products for the US market.
Who is responsible
Under CPSIA the importer or domestic manufacturer issues the Children’s Product Certificate, based on third-party testing of the finished product at a CPSC-accepted laboratory. A film supplier cannot certify your garment, but it can make certification predictable by supplying component test data and stable formulations.

A statement that formulations are not changed without notice
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate copies
Batch traceability so a report can be tied to what was shipped
Choosing films for kidswear
Glitter for occasion wear and licensed graphics, PU for everyday prints, puff for playful relief. All SHINHAN films are cold peel and cut on standard plotters, so decorators can switch between them without changing workflow.
Wash and wear
Kidswear is washed often and hot. Glitter film rated 100+ washes at 60 °C and PU film rated 80+ give brands margin against returns, and flake-free glitter keeps sparkle off skin and out of the machine.
