Which format fits which plotter, how master rolls are slit, and what to specify on a private-label order.
Master rolls
SHINHAN produces heat transfer vinyl on 500 mm and 1,000 mm master rolls in 25 m and 50 m lengths. Distributors and converters buy master rolls to slit locally; brands usually buy finished formats.
Slit widths for plotters
12″ (305 mm): desktop craft cutters and most small shops
15″ (381 mm): mid-size vinyl cutters and print-and-cut workflows
20″ (508 mm): production plotters in decoration shops
Custom widths on request, on branded cores
Sheets
Retail programs use 12 × 12″, 12 × 10″, 12 × 24″ and A4 sheets, packed singly or in multi-packs with header cards or sleeves. Sheets are cut from the same batch as rolls, so colour matches across formats.
Packaging and shipping
Rolls are sealed in PE film with desiccant and packed in cartons; pallet and container plans are provided with every quotation. Carton size and gross weight appear on the packing list so your forwarder can quote before the order ships.
